Who Are We? We’re the newest, coolest spot in Sheffield, and we’re about to open our doors! Our state-of-the-art restaurant, BistroBar, opening at the end of august, serving up the most amazing deli items and pizzas from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 am – 10 pm. We’re all about creating an unforgettable dining experience, and we need YOU to help us make it happen.

About BistroBar:

BistroBar is a unique concept Sheffield has been waiting for, delivering a relaxed and fun dining experience with only the freshest food on hand. At BistroBar, we will be offering freshly made pizzas and an array of homemade deli items. Authenticity extends to our high-quality, genuine produce and fresh organic ingredients, all of which create our unique menu available for both dine-in and takeout. Our menu is complemented by a selection of uniquely themed coffees, hot drinks, and cocktails. BistroBar operates daily and aims to provide bistro nights featuring bistro-style dining, pizza making workshops, and wine and cheese tasting evenings. At its core, BistroBar is a pizza bar, deli, and cafeteria—a place to gather, all under one roof.

We’re Looking For:

We are searching for a Pizza Chef to be the foundation of our new Pizza Bar in Sheffield. Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your expertise will play a crucial role in our innovative pizza menu consisting of authentic wood-fired pizzas. The perfect candidate will have great knowledge of pizza making, including making fresh pizza dough and helping create our menus.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of pizza making and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate with the owner to develop menus and daily specials.
  • Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts between 8am – 11 pm.
  • Knowledge of high-quality Italian food and dishes.
  • People management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate, and monitor progress.
  • Stock control, waste management, and conforming at all times with health & safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • A passion for food and beverage and the creation of fresh food.
  • Ability to work well as part of a large senior team.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support other team members where needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
