Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of BistroBar, located in Sheffield. By visiting our premises, placing a reservation, or ordering food or drink, you agree to the following terms:
- General
These terms apply to all customers dining in, ordering takeaway, or making reservations at BistroBar.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or made available on request.
- Reservations & Walk-ins
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. We may require contact information to confirm your reservation.
Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the booking time unless we are informed of a delay.
Walk-in customers are welcome and will be seated based on availability.
For parties of 5+ or more, we will request a deposit to secure your booking.
- Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or amend your booking.
Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
For group bookings, deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the booking.
- Allergens & Dietary Requirements
We take food allergies seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.
- Payments
We accept major UK debit and credit cards, as well as cash.
Prices include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise.
- Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any customer behaving inappropriately or posing a risk to staff or other guests.
Intoxicated or disruptive individuals may be asked to leave the premises.
Children must be supervised at all times.
- Takeaway & Delivery (if applicable)
We aim to prepare and deliver takeaway orders as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee exact timing during busy periods.
Once food has left our premises, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party delivery providers.
- Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on our premises.
Our liability for any claim arising from your visit shall not exceed the total amount paid for your meal.
- Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information provided for bookings or marketing will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
We will never sell or share your personal data without your consent.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
